(Who knows what they would find behind my kids beds at any given moment!)We are quite interested in the process since we are really feeling God pull us that way. Of course, we just want to get this little girl here safe(this Thursday, God willing) and then we will consider adding another after the sleep deprivation wears off :)
Love to you all!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5118517190489901866.post-7323846909198931352008-01-22T11:58:00.000+03:002008-01-22T11:58:00.000+03:00I read your post a couple of days ago and thought ...I read your post a couple of days ago and thought about posting. I was waiting to write something witty. It ain't gonna happen so I might as well get to it. 80)

I'm glad the homestudy went well. It did crack me up how concerned the social worker was about Grace's sleeping arrangements. Here, in the US, we would have the opposite problem, I would think.

When our, now, four year old was a baby in the foster system he did have to sleep with me when he had a bad cold due to his health issues. When it came up with a social worker I was given an approving looked because, clearly, this was a special circumstance. 80)

Looking forward to more updates!

80)
Mary Bethda hallshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00012938581102837437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5118517190489901866.post-13555878824744264192008-01-19T18:29:00.000+03:002008-01-19T18:29:00.000+03:00I'm so glad you have a better social worker and th...I'm so glad you have a better social worker and that the homestudy went well. It's so interesting to see the different viewpoints concerning babies in different countries. Ie..the carseat and bed. :) I'll be praying for your next little one that the Lord is preparing for you.Megan @ SimplyThriftyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07396945414221993411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5118517190489901866.post-40833491918829687132008-01-18T03:57:00.000+03:002008-01-18T03:57:00.000+03:00wow thats interestign my mom does hmestudies when ...wow thats interestign my mom does hmestudies when she has new foster families for her organization. im not sure hows long they last but i know each family is throughly checked out!

also the socila worker does check in with the foste family peridically once the child arrives for medical care!jlelovesjesushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16683708472975666170noreply@blogger.com
